I’m Dominica Judge.
I am the heart and soul behind Seed & Petal - Holistic Birth + Wellness, where I blend my expertise as a holistic doula, placenta specialist, and intuitive energy healer with the rich traditions of my Oaxacan heritage, serving families in Los Angeles and Orange County. My path to this sacred calling was deeply personal. As a teen mom, I experienced a traumatic birth, feeling isolated, judged, and misinformed. This struggle continued through a second pregnancy, leaving me longing for a sense of empowerment and connection.
It wasn’t until my third pregnancy, with the support of a doula, that I truly felt seen and embraced. This pivotal experience ignited my passion for birth work, inspiring me to weave the warmth, community spirit, and nurturing care of my Mexican culture into my practice. I am dedicated to ensuring that every person, particularly teen moms, receives the culturally attuned and respectful care they deserve.
It is my honor to walk alongside you, offering a space where your journey is respected, and where you are wholeheartedly heard, seen, and held.
Dominica holds certifications as a Placenta Encapsulation Specialist from Women’s Choice Perinatal Services and in Reiki from Michelle Swist of Divine Discovery Development.
She has studied Cerrada with the respected parteras Miriam Avalos and Tema Mercado of La Matriz.
Trained as a birth doula by Latham Thomas of MamaGlow in 2020, she is currently enhancing her skills with a Birth Doula and Childbirth Education Certification from Birthing From Within.
